Corsha, a cybersecurity innovator focused on securing machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, has announced an $18 million Series A-1 funding round led by SineWave Ventures, with participation from Razor's Edge Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures. As machine identities now outnumber human ones by over 50:1—and continue to multiply with automation and AI—Corsha delivers a timely solution to secure M2M traffic, especially within high-risk environments like operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure.

Corsha acts as a Machine Identity Provider (m-IdP), syncing with traditional IdPs like EntraID, AWS IAM, and Keycloak, while bringing features like dynamic identity management and machine multi-factor authentication (MFA) to OT and cloud environments. Its platform addresses growing identity and access challenges in hybrid, legacy-modern environments by creating secure, verifiable, and auditable machine identities for every automated system, from cloud-based AI models to factory floor robotics.

The funding enables Corsha to scale its go-to-market team, launch "Corsha Labs" for M2M research and innovation, and advance AI/ML-powered behavioral identity capabilities. The company’s trusted platform is already being used in sensitive U.S. government environments—including the Air Force—and will now expand globally.

Key Highlights:

  • $18M Series A-1 led by SineWave Ventures, with Razor’s Edge and Ten Eleven Ventures joining.

  • Machine MFA and dynamic identities for secure M2M communication in cloud and OT environments.

  • Corsha Labs to showcase end-to-end M2M security from shop floor to cloud.

  • AI/ML integration to enable adaptive and agentless machine identity management.

  • Government validation: Corsha is authorized for use in U.S. critical manufacturing systems.

  • Board expansion with Jeff Hudson, former CEO of Venafi, joining Corsha leadership.

With this funding, Corsha is poised to lead the emerging Machine Identity Provider market—bringing Zero Trust, visibility, and control to one of the most overlooked but fast-growing attack surfaces in modern security.
