Secrets Security for Non-Human Identities
Truffle Security provides TruffleHog, a secrets security platform that discovers, verifies, analyzes, and helps remediate exposed non-human identities and their credentials across the software development lifecycle.
Key Capabilities:
- Secrets detection: Discover exposed API keys, tokens, passwords, and credentials across source code, repositories, cloud environments, collaboration tools, and other data sources.
- Secrets verification: Verify discovered credentials against providers to distinguish active, valid secrets from false positives.
- NHI discovery: Identify non-human identities associated with exposed secrets and understand their access and permissions.
- Secret analysis: Map exposed credentials to the resources and permissions they can access, helping teams prioritize the highest-risk exposures.
- Continuous monitoring: Track discovered secrets over time and monitor whether credentials have been rotated or remain exposed.
- Automated remediation: Help developers and security teams revoke and remediate exposed credentials, with automated re-verification after fixes.
- Broad SDLC coverage: Scan source code, Git history, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, collaboration platforms, and other locations where secrets can leak
