LogMeOnce makes password management and passwordless login products for individuals, families and business teams. It sets out to stop identity theft and account takeover before they happen.
The problem it addresses is the reused, guessable password: most people have too many accounts to give each a strong secret, and a single leaked one can open the rest. LogMeOnce is aimed at households as well as business teams that want one tool for both.

What LogMeOnce Does
LogMeOnce builds all of its products around a single protected vault. Instead of asking users to remember and type a password for every service, it holds the credentials, signs the user in, and where possible removes the password from the login altogether. A second layer watches for intruders and lets the owner lock an account the moment something looks wrong. The same vault model serves an individual, a family sharing passwords, or a business team that needs onboarding and offboarding tied to its directory.
Products
Password Manager
The password manager comes in personal editions and as Team Password Management for business and enterprise. It provides single sign-on to apps, auto login protected by two-factor authentication, and one factor, two-factor and multi-factor options, along with Scheduled Login and a Password Dialer. In the Family Edition an administrator can add or remove up to six family members and decide which passwords each one can see, with 10GB of secure storage.
Passwordless Login
Passwordless login removes the typed password altogether. With PhotoLogin the user’s latest selfie becomes the login. The patented QR code login shows a unique code on the computer screen, which the user scans with a phone to sign in. Both methods come with automatic 2FA protection.
Account Protection
These features are for people who want to know, and stop, whoever is trying to break in. Mugshot takes a photo of the person attempting to access the account and records their location. Password SHOCK belongs to the same group of features. Account Freeze locks the account so that no one but the owner can open it, without outsiders knowing it has been frozen.
LogMeOnce Drive
LogMeOnce Drive adds security and encryption to cloud storage services such as Dropbox and iCloud, so files kept there are protected by the same account.
How It Works
LogMeOnce is a cloud-based service available across platforms.

| Directory connection | For businesses, Active Directory and LDAP integration handle onboarding and offboarding, with multiple AD connectors, and desktop SSO works through Microsoft Integrated Windows Authentication. |
