Mindflow is a security operations automation company. It gives SecOps, ITOps, CloudOps, AIOps and MSSP teams a no-code platform and AI agents that take over repetitive operational work, from incident triage and phishing analysis to threat detection, across thousands of connected tools.
The problem it addresses is volume: analysts lose hours to work that follows the same pattern every time, and the tools involved are spread across cloud services and on-premises systems.

What Mindflow Does
Mindflow’s aim is to hand repetitive tasks to automation so that people can work on things that need judgement. The approach combines a no-code engine for predictable workflows, plus AI agents for work that needs reasoning, both drawing on a catalogue of more than 4,000 integrations, 150,000 operations and 450 ready-to-go templates. Predictable work runs as fixed flows, open-ended work goes to agents, and analysts step in through a chat workspace when a decision needs a person, with every action logged.
Products
Automation Engine
The Automation Engine is where teams build flows without writing code. With text-to-automation, a user describes a use case and the AI assembles a flow that calls the relevant service APIs. Finished flows can be documented in one click with AI Note.
- Workspaces with collaboration and role-based access control
- Teams, for managing access by group instead of by individual
- Ready-to-go templates to start from
AI Agents
For tasks too varied for a fixed flow, AI Agents take a mission and choose their own tools and steps inside a defined scope. An AI Agents Library provides starting points.
AI Rooms
AI Rooms is the workspace where analysts turn plain prompts into actions across the operations catalogue, in a fully auditable chat interface. Agents act only within the permissions they have been granted. When an agent needs a decision, a Room opens automatically with the context it has gathered, and Rooms can also trigger agents.
Relay Agent
Many security tools still run inside the corporate network. The Relay Agent bridges the cloud platform and those on-premises environments, and is built around Cloudflare Zero Trust.
How It Works
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cloud platform | Mindflow runs on AWS using Lambda serverless computing, with AWS handling physical and virtual security under the shared responsibility model. |
| Encryption | Data passing through the platform is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256, and SSL/TLS is enforced on connections. |
| User identity | AWS Cognito provides fine-grained user identity, and MFA can be enforced for end users. |
| On-premises reach | The Relay Agent extends the cloud service to tools inside the corporate network. |
| Triggers | Agents start from flows, other agents, webhooks, a scheduler, AI Rooms or integrations. |
Agentic AI Capabilities
Mission-Driven Agents
An agent is given a mission, a scope and the right authorisations, and works out the rest. Set-up has four steps: prompt the agent with its rules and expected outcomes, connect tools, scope operations, then automate. Secure RAG pipelines can feed an organisation’s own policies and data to the agents.
Models
The agents run on Mindflow’s proprietary LAM, backed by LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic and Mistral.
Governance And Oversight
Granular RBAC, scoped credentials and action whitelists limit what each agent can touch. Any step or task can be held for human approval before it runs, and every agent action, prompt, decision and API call is logged end to end.
