P0 Security controls what people, machines and AI agents can do at the moment they act. It is built for security and platform teams that want to stop granting standing access ahead of time and instead decide, action by action, whether a request should go ahead.
The same approach applies to every identity type, from engineers asking for production access to service accounts and AI agents calling tools, so one set of policies replaces a patchwork of per-system permissions.

What P0 Does
Access in most organisations is granted in advance and then left in place, which leaves broad standing privilege across clouds, databases and code. P0 evaluates access at runtime instead and can allow, review or block a sensitive action based on identity, policy and context. Decisions that are normally spread across many systems are brought into one authorisation control plane.
The work follows three steps: discover identities and what they do, control every action at runtime, and prove what was done and why.
Products
Runtime Access Platform
The platform is the enforcement core that the other modules plug into. Every attempted action is evaluated when it happens, using its originator, the agent involved, the task, the action and the resource. That allows task-specific policy and just-in-time entitlements in place of permanent role grants.
Access Management
Engineering teams that need production access quickly, without the risk of permanent admin rights, use Access Management to automate the request, approval, provisioning and removal of access. Privilege is scoped and time-limited, and people ask for it from Slack, the web app or the command line.
Privilege Governance
Privilege Governance gives security and compliance teams a governed view of privilege. It tracks entitlements, access paths, policy exceptions and privilege drift, and keeps the provenance of each access decision as evidence for audits.
Policy Studio
Policy Studio turns written access rules into runtime policy. Rules are defined on identity, resource, action and context, extended to the full chain of actions an agent takes, and used to route a request for approval or approve it automatically.
Inventory
Inventory answers the basic question of who and what has access. It continuously discovers users, machines and AI agents with their entitlements, relationships and access paths, so teams can see where privilege exists before they try to reduce it.
NHI Lifecycle Management
Service accounts and workloads often have no clear owner and keep permissions long after they are needed. NHI Lifecycle Management finds non-human identities through native APIs, maps their access, assigns owners, flags risky posture and replaces standing permissions with ephemeral, least-privileged access enforced at runtime. It became generally available in February 2026.
How It Works
P0 combines an identity graph, a central policy layer and several access channels. Just-in-time access is agentless, so nothing has to be installed on each target system.
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Identity Graph | A continuously updated graph connects identity data from directories, identity providers, cloud identity services and key applications, showing every identity, what it can reach and how each permission was granted. |
| P0 AI Gateway | A self-hosted gateway runs in the customer’s environment and evaluates policy before each agent action. |
| Access channels | People request access through Slack, the web app or the CLI; service accounts and workloads request it programmatically. |
| Audit trail | Policy decisions and action history are recorded across the whole action chain. |
In one deployment for a Fortune 50 retailer, P0 placed a runtime authorisation layer in the customer’s GCP environment, with the retailer’s identity provider handling inbound authentication and native GCP mechanisms handling outbound access.

Agentic AI Capabilities
Agent Discovery
P0 finds all AI agents in an environment, shadow agents included, along with the identities, tools and systems they can reach. Discovery also covers MCP servers and their access paths.
Runtime Authorisation For Agents
P0 Runtime Access for AI “verifies the originator and the agent behind every MCP tool call” before the call reaches a sensitive system.
Attribution And Audit
For agentic access, the link between the person who started a task and the agent carrying it out is preserved, so every action ties back to a named person, a specific agent and the governing policy.
