Prove Identity verifies people, businesses and AI agents in real time for banks, fintechs, gaming companies and other online services. The problem it addresses is fraud at the moments where identity matters most: opening an account, signing back in, sending money and, increasingly, letting an AI agent act on a person’s behalf.
Everything runs on the Prove Identity Platform, a single identity record that later checks draw on rather than a verification done once at sign-up.

What Prove Identity Does
Prove builds each check on the same identity record, so the confidence gained at onboarding carries through to later sessions and transactions instead of being rebuilt each time. The record ties a person to their phone, device and keys, and changes to any of them are watched.
That record draws on a large network: a reported 2.5 billion verifiable identities across more than 200 countries and regions, and 12 years of authenticated identity history covering 90% of the world’s digitally active adults. The same approach now extends to AI agents.
Products
Onboarding
For businesses that lose applicants to long forms or let fraudsters through at sign-up. Prove Pre-Fill completes identity details during registration, so applicants type less, and Prove Account Opening verifies the applicant when the account is created.
Authentication
Returning customers are recognised without passwords or SMS codes. Prove Verified User confirms a returning user, and Prove Unified Authentication authenticates them consistently across web, mobile and other channels.
Prove Know Your Payee
Know Your Payee checks the person or business receiving a payment before the money is sent. It gives the sender confidence about the other side of the transaction, using the same identity network as the onboarding products.
Prove Agentic Suite
The Agentic Suite is for merchants, payment networks and platforms that want to accept transactions started by AI agents and know which verified person stands behind each one.
- Prove Verified Agent proves who an agent is and what it is authorised to do, tying every agent action to the person who initiated it through verifiable credentials and identity-bound tokens. It supports the AP2 agent payments protocol
- Prove Agent Pay secures how agents start and complete payments, recording the link between user intent, identity, payment credentials and agent identity
- Prove Agent Protect turns agent-driven transactions into defensible evidence: each interaction is co-signed with both the user’s and the merchant’s keys, leaving a log for disputes and reporting
A shared trust registry confirms that every participant is in good standing before any delegated action goes ahead, and passive multi-factor checks replace SMS one-time passcodes.
How It Works
The Prove Identity Platform (2026) is the layer underneath every product, delivered through APIs that customers call from their own onboarding, login and payment flows. It has three main components.
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Prove Key Management | Binds cryptographic keys to each user’s device, which supports adaptive authentication in later sessions. |
| Prove Identity Manager | Watches for changes to a user’s device, phone number and carrier, such as a SIM swap, and sends real-time alerts. |
| Prove Global Fraud Policy | Applies network intelligence and fraud insights from across Prove’s customer base to each decision. |
