Redblock Security provides AI agents that carry out identity operations inside applications an identity stack cannot reach, the SaaS, homegrown, legacy and on-premises systems with no API, SCIM or connector.
Identity and access teams use it to provision and remove access, rotate credentials and clean up risky accounts in those apps without manual admin work, while governance stays in the IAM, IGA and PAM systems they already run.

What Redblock Does
Every enterprise has applications that sit outside its identity programme because nothing can connect to them. Access in those apps is granted and removed by hand, if at all, and the IGA platform never sees what is really there. Redblock closes that gap. Its agents work an application the way a trained administrator would, through its own interface, reading identity data and making approved changes.
Redblock does not make access decisions. Policy, approvals and governance stay where they are, and the existing identity systems remain the systems of record. Approved events arrive from platforms such as SailPoint, Okta and Microsoft Entra, Redblock executes them in the target application and hands the outcome back.
Products
Identity Lifecycle Operations
Identity Lifecycle Operations is for teams whose provisioning and offboarding stall at applications without connectors. It completes approved changes inside each application so requests no longer wait on manual handoffs.
- Aggregates accounts, roles and entitlements into the IGA platform in real time and keeps them current
- Handles joiner, mover and leaver actions: creating accounts, updating access and revoking it
- Rotates passwords and certificates in disconnected apps and checks that the new credentials work
- Fulfils approved identity tickets and returns evidence to the service management workflow
- Runs in parallel across many applications, from daily requests to large offboarding events
Identity Exposure Management
Identity Exposure Management finds the risky access that builds up when nobody can see inside an application. It inspects accounts and privileges and compares them with employee records and policy to find:
- Orphan, rogue and dormant accounts, including accounts left active after people leave
- Privilege drift and unnecessary admin rights retained after role changes
- Permissions that remain active after their removal was approved
Proposed removals go through the organisation’s own approval process, are corrected in the application, and are inspected again to confirm the fix, with recurring inspections after that.
How It Works
- Agents. Agents work through each application’s interface, so they need no API, SCIM or connector. They are built for identity execution, with policy context, verification and evidence, rather than general browser automation. Each agent is scoped to least privilege and all of its activity is logged.
- Verification and evidence. Every change is checked to confirm it took effect, and execution evidence is retained for audit and reconciled back to governance systems.
- Models and data. Execution runs on models Redblock has trained itself, and customer data is not sent to third-party model providers.
- Deployment. Agents can run in the customer’s environment, on-premises or in a dedicated VPC, with single-tenant isolation and full control of the infrastructure. A cloud option runs on AWS, Azure or GCP.
