Scalefusion gives IT teams one platform to manage endpoints, users and access across a mixed estate of devices. It is a product of ProMobi Technologies.
It is built for IT teams that look after laptops, phones, tablets and kiosks across several operating systems and would otherwise need separate tools for device management, sign-in and endpoint security.

What Scalefusion Does
Scalefusion treats device management, identity and endpoint security as one problem. Corporate-owned, BYOD, COPE and kiosk devices are managed from a single console, and the same platform decides whether a user may reach an app based on who they are and whether their device is in a healthy state. The aim is that an IT team can enrol a device, sign its user in and keep it secure without stitching products together or running a separate identity stack alongside the device tools.
Products
Scalefusion UEM
UEM handles the day-to-day device work: enrolment, provisioning and policy management, app distribution, OS updates and patching, and remote support. It also enforces security settings such as encryption and passcode rules. AirThink AI, built on OpenAI’s GPT model, lets an admin describe a task in plain language and get back a deployment-ready PowerShell, Bash, Shell or Python script.
OneIdP
OneIdP is aimed at organisations that want zero trust access to work apps without running a separate identity stack. Users get one branded sign-in to their apps with passwordless options and app-specific access policies. Capabilities include:
- MFA through the OneIdP Authenticator, third-party authenticator apps, email or another managed device, including offline authentication
- Conditional access driven by device compliance, and identity federation
- A central directory on the customer’s own domain or a custom OneIdP domain
- Just-in-time admin rights that end automatically when the approved period expires
- Passkey support and Windows password management on managed devices
Veltar
Veltar covers endpoint protection and threat detection for teams that want security controls on the same devices they already manage. It includes vulnerability management, CIS compliance and live posture, a secure web gateway with web content filtering, a business VPN and endpoint data loss prevention.
How It Works
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Management console | All supported devices, whatever their operating system, are managed from one cloud console with a web sign-in. |
| Compliance signals | The UEM product reports device compliance to OneIdP, which uses it in each access decision. |
| Federation | OneIdP connects to an existing identity provider and can import its users rather than creating a new directory. |
| Phased rollout | Deployment can happen in stages without moving the whole workforce at once: connect the identity provider, configure SSO, test sign-ins and policies, then widen the scope. |
