SecurityScorecard helps organisations understand and reduce the cyber risk that comes from their vendors and wider supply chain. It is for risk, procurement and security teams who depend on hundreds of suppliers whose security they cannot see directly, and who need to know quickly which of them matter when something goes wrong.
Its platform is TITAN AI.

What SecurityScorecard Does
SecurityScorecard aims to run the whole third-party risk programme in one place, from vendor intake through assessment, monitoring and remediation, rather than only producing a score. Outside-in ratings show how each vendor looks to an attacker, questionnaires capture what the vendor says about itself, and threat intelligence shows which suppliers are exposed to current campaigns. The same workflow supports regulatory requirements such as DORA and SEC rules. Its ratings cover a reported 12 million organisations, and 70% of the Fortune 100 use it for vendor risk.
Products
TITAN Watch
TITAN Watch gives risk teams a continuous, real-time view of the extended supply chain. It discovers third-party and fourth-party connections, so a team can see not only its direct suppliers but the providers those suppliers rely on, and it tracks the posture of each vendor over time.
TITAN Assess
Security questionnaires take weeks when they are sent and checked by hand. TITAN Assess automates sending and answering them, validates the answers and tiers vendors by risk automatically. Responses can be checked against the evidence a vendor attaches rather than taken at face value.
TITAN Secure
When a breach or CVE hits the headlines, the first question is which suppliers are affected. TITAN Secure answers it within minutes through automated vendor discovery and breach triage, then supports detection and collaborative remediation with the vendors involved. Organisations that would rather not run the programme themselves can hand it to TITAN Managed Services (MAX), a fully managed third-party risk service.
Security Ratings
Security Ratings grade organisations from A to F based on externally observable data. The grades feed vendor risk decisions, compliance reporting, cyber insurance underwriting and threat intelligence work.
STRIKE
STRIKE is the threat intelligence and alerting service for SOC teams. It tracks live attacker infrastructure such as command and control servers and phishing domains, warns early about active adversaries, malware and techniques, and can drive automated firewall updates and proactive threat hunts.
How It Works
TITAN AI is a SaaS platform that combines SecurityScorecard’s own scanning data, threat intelligence and third-party data in a single workflow. Findings and alerts then flow out to the security operations, GRC and ITSM tools listed under Integrations, so vendor issues land in the queues teams already work from.
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Data collection engine | A proprietary engine scans the entire internet daily, including active IPv6 space, to build the outside-in view used for ratings. |
| STRIKE intelligence | STRIKE processes a reported 12 billion or more security signals a day and uses machine learning engines to map threat actor behaviour. |
Agentic AI Capabilities
ChatSSC
ChatSSC is an agentic assistant inside the platform. It helps users pinpoint the most critical issues to fix and adds historical score context and breach insights to the answer.
TITAN AI Agents
Separate agents cover questionnaires, workflows and remediation planning. Each agent handles one workflow task and raises only the exceptions that need a person, running around the clock. Routine actions such as drafting a remediation plan can run on their own, while vendor outreach goes out as a templated, policy-bound request that teams can hold for approval.
