Seezo is an application security company that automates threat modelling and security design reviews for engineering teams. It is for AppSec teams that cannot review every design by hand, and for developers who want security requirements before they write code rather than findings afterwards.
Customers range from Fortune 500 companies to scale-ups in regulated industries.

What Seezo Does
Threat modelling is usually a manual exercise that depends on a few specialists and produces inconsistent results. Seezo automates it. As teams write feature descriptions and design documents, the platform extracts the architecture, identifies threats and maps each one to security requirements, producing a full threat model in a reported 10 minutes or so. Every threat and requirement carries its rationale and citations back to the source document and the standard behind it, so AppSec can check the reasoning rather than redo it. The aim is strong application security for every engineering team, including those without a large security function of their own.
Products
Threat Modeling
The core platform runs security design reviews automatically and gives AppSec teams a consistent view across every project.
- Threat models covering threat actors, data flows, trust boundaries, threats and attack paths
- Attack paths broken into steps and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK
- Security requirements tied to threats, with existing controls and open questions
- Triage views of open, partial and mitigated threats across projects
- Custom rules, internal terminology and remediation guidance
- A decision tree behind each recommendation, so the reasoning can be traced step by step
- Automated workflows that export requirements, send notifications or close an assessment, with audit history
Seezo AI Plugin
Developers working with AI coding tools can pull design reviews, their organisation’s security guidance and checks on the finished implementation into the editor. It gives coding agents three skills, Guidance, Assessment and Validate, and an MCP server exposes Seezo to Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
Seezo Agent
The Seezo Agent is an assistant inside the Seezo app and in coding agents. Security and engineering staff ask it questions in natural language, get guidance, look up past assessments and pull analytics without building reports by hand. Its answers draw on the same threat models, requirements and assessment history the platform already holds for each project.
How It Works
Seezo takes design inputs, adds organisational context and produces a structured threat model.
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Inputs | Documents, diagrams, images, files, tickets, comments, code and plain text, plus the organisation’s architecture, standards, approved patterns and custom requirements. |
| Continuous intake | When Jira is connected, every new epic is analysed automatically, so no feature reaches development without a design review. |
| Rules engine | Analysis draws on more than 1,500 security design rules maintained by Seezo’s research team. |
| Frameworks | Threats map to STRIDE, PASTA or custom frameworks, with compliance coverage for PCI DSS, RBI MAS, HIPAA, US FDA, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF 2.0 and OWASP ASVS. |
| Delivery | Requirements reach developers in Jira, Slack or a coding agent before code is written. |
