Splashtop makes remote access, remote support and endpoint management software. Individuals and businesses use it to reach their own computers from any device, and IT teams and help desks use it to support users and keep fleets of machines patched and monitored.
The problem it solves is giving people an in-person experience on a machine they are not sitting at, without opening that machine to anyone else. Sessions are encrypted and access is tied to verified users and devices.

What Splashtop Does
Splashtop starts from the remote session and builds outwards into IT management. The same agent that lets a person reach their own computer lets a technician support it, and the same console that runs those sessions also patches and monitors the device. For larger organisations the emphasis shifts to control: who can reach which machine, when, and with what record kept. Around that core Splashtop also sells security products, including antivirus, endpoint detection and response, Foxpass Wi-Fi Access & Control and Zero Trust Secure Workspace.
Products
Splashtop Remote Access
Remote Access is for people and teams who need to work on their own machines from elsewhere. It gives unattended access to Windows, Mac and Linux computers from Windows, Mac, iOS, Android or Chromebook devices. Users can transfer files without opening a session, print to a local printer from a remote session and view multiple monitors. User roles, access management and session recording are available for teams.
Splashtop Remote Support
Remote Support is built for IT, support and help desk teams. Technicians can help a user who is present, or reach Windows, Mac and Linux computers unattended through a streamer agent, and can give attended support on iOS and Android devices. Up to three technicians can work on the same session, and sessions link to PSA ticketing and ITSM tools.
Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop Enterprise is an all-in-one remote access and support product for organisations with stricter control requirements. It adds SSO through identity providers, flexible roles, group permissions and scheduled access policies, session audit logs, cloud session recording and SIEM logging, IP whitelisting and an on-premises deployment option.
Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM)
AEM is for IT professionals who monitor, manage and secure fleets of devices. It patches Windows, macOS and third-party applications in real time or by policy, scans continuously for CISA KEVs, CVEs and software updates, and uses event-based triggers to fix common issues automatically. It works alongside Microsoft Intune and SCCM, and the related Agentic Packr automates application packaging, validation and deployment for Intune and SCCM users.
How It Works
All remote sessions are protected with TLS and 256-bit AES encryption, and screen data is encrypted end to end.
