Strivacity is a customer identity and access management (CIAM) company. Its platform runs the sign-in, registration and account journeys that organisations offer to people outside the company: consumers, partners and business customers, and now the AI agents acting on customers’ behalf. It is built for brands that need those journeys to be secure, compliant and easy to change without a large engineering project.
The problem it addresses is that customer sign-in has to stay secure and compliant while remaining simple enough that people complete it.

What Strivacity Does
Customer-facing identity has to balance security against friction: too many challenges lose sign-ups, too few let bots and account takeovers through. It also has to record consent for privacy law and keep data in the right country. Strivacity puts all of these into the same journey, so adaptive MFA, fraud signals and identity verification sit alongside consent capture and self-service account management.
Teams build standard journeys through configuration and extend them with code through APIs and SDKs, choosing the mix that suits them. The platform can also run alongside identity providers an organisation already has.
Products
Identity Orchestration And Self Service
A journey builder creates login, registration and account recovery flows from no-code components, with lifecycle event hooks and low-code logic hosted on the platform for more complex cases. Customers handle sign-up, password reset and account updates themselves, which takes routine requests away from support teams.
Adaptive Access And Fraud Prevention
Adaptive access applies MFA, passwordless or step-up challenges based on real-time risk, with passkeys and social login among the options. Fraud prevention catches bots and suspicious logins as they happen using risk signals, device intelligence and breached password detection, without adding steps for genuine customers. Identity verification checks the details a customer provides, including physical documents, against third-party sources, for sign-ups where a business must know who it is dealing with.
Consent Management And Data Residency
Consent management captures marketing and privacy preferences, terms and conditions and consents for AI agents. Records are versioned and auditable for GDPR, CCPA and EU AI Act review. Data residency keeps identity data in the region the customer chooses, isolated by architecture, for organisations with local data rules.
Customer Insights, AI Assist And Accessibility
Customer insights show sign-ups, sign-ins and security events in real time. AI Assist is a generative AI assistant that answers administrators’ configuration questions. Sign-in experiences meet WCAG 2.1 AA out of the box.
Partner Identity
Partner identity brings partners, franchisees and business customers into the same product. Each partner organisation can administer its own users and federate with its own identity provider, so the brand does not manage every external account by hand.
How It Works
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dedicated instance | Each customer gets its own SaaS instance rather than a share of a multi-tenant cluster, with data held in its chosen region. |
| Applications | Applications connect as OIDC clients, using authorisation code and PKCE flows, or as SAML2 clients, including SAML logout. |
| Administration | Policy-driven administration controls how journeys behave, and extensions through hooks, APIs and SDKs run alongside the configured components. |
| Event streaming | Identity events stream out of the instance to logging and SIEM tools, so security teams can monitor sign-in activity alongside their other telemetry. |
Identities And Systems Covered
| Customers | Consumer sign-in, registration, self service, consent and verification |
|---|---|
| Partners and business customers | Partner, franchisee and business customer identities under delegated administration |
| AI agents | Agents acting for customers, under customer-controlled access |
| Workforce (B2E) | Employee scenarios, using a corporate directory as the identity provider |
| Applications | Any application that supports OIDC or SAML2 |
Agentic AI Capabilities
Strivacity For Agentic AI
Strivacity for Agentic AI “delivers secure delegation and accountability for both humans and AI systems.” When a customer lets an AI agent act for them, the platform controls what the agent can access, what it can do and whom it acts for, and keeps an audit trail of every automated action. Permissions customers give to agents are recorded as consents, so the delegation itself is reviewable, and each agent works under its customer’s authority in the same tenant that holds the customer’s own account. The product is in early access.
