Ubisecure is a European identity and access management company. Its Ubisecure Identity Platform manages the identities of consumers, business partners, employees and organisations, helping organisations across Europe move services online with secure registration, login and delegated access.
The problem it addresses is proving who someone is and whom they act for. A login shows that a person is who they say they are, but a business service also needs to know that the person may act for a given company, and Ubisecure ties individual identities to verified organisations to answer that.

What Ubisecure Does
Ubisecure handles consumer, business, workforce and organisation identity in one stack rather than separate products for each audience. Consumers sign in with identities they already hold, such as national, bank or social identities, which keeps registration short. Business access is treated as a relationship between a person and an organisation, so partners can manage their own users and authority can be checked and audited. The anchor for organisation identity is the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), a global identifier for companies that Ubisecure both issues and uses to verify who a business user represents.
Products
IDaaS
IDaaS is the fully managed cloud edition, run with high availability. The public cloud option delivers core CIAM capabilities, and a private cloud option deploys to the data residency location the customer chooses. It provides SSO across applications, MFA including TOTP and mobile-based methods, step-up authentication, self-service account management and delegated authority, including multi-tier B2B2C scenarios.
Identity Server
Identity Server is on-premises software for organisations that want full control over their data and where it lives. A certified deployment partner installs it at the customer’s own locations. It offers SSO, authentication through TOTP, biometrics, authenticator apps, push and external identity providers, and manages identity relationships and delegation between people and organisations.
B2B Identity And Delegation
B2B identity is for organisations that give partners, suppliers or corporate customers access to their services. Delegated authority lets a partner’s own administrators manage identity relationships and create user accounts. A centralised authorisation server provides electronic power of attorney with a full audit trail, Right to Represent checks confirm a person’s authority against registries, and APIs link registration to CRM based contracts so the user lifecycle follows the commercial relationship. Login options include TOTP, SMS OTP and passkeys.
RapidLEI
RapidLEI is Ubisecure’s LEI registration service, run as a GLEIF Accredited LEI Issuer, for organisations that need an LEI for regulatory reporting or identity purposes. The same identifiers feed the organisation identity and verifiable credential (vLEI) features of the platform.
How It Works
Ubisecure offers three deployment models, all built on open standards.
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| IDaaS | A managed service in public cloud, or private cloud in a chosen region; directories can sit on premises or in the cloud. |
| Identity Server | Software installed at the customer’s own sites by a certified partner. |
| Hybrid | The two models combined, for example with directories kept on premises and services in the cloud. |
| Federation | SSO runs over SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 and CIBA, with WebAuthn support for strong authentication. |
| Delegation service | An API based service around the centralised authorisation server, which other applications call to check who may act for whom. |
