What Vintegris Does
Organisations that rely on electronic signatures often end up with one tool for issuing certificates, another for identity checks, another for signing and something else for audit evidence. nebulaSUITE replaces that spread of tools with a single platform.
Vintegris works at two levels. As a trust service provider it issues qualified certificates directly to citizens, companies and public bodies, including through remote video identification. As a software vendor it gives organisations nebulaSUITE to manage those certificates and run signing and sealing workflows across the whole lifecycle of a digital identity. The services are built for compliance with eIDAS, ENS and NIS2, and external audits support alignment with DORA.

Digital Certificates
Vintegris issues the main certificate types needed in Spain, so that each kind of signer has an identity that fits its legal role:
- Individual natural person certificates, used by citizens and the self-employed when dealing with the public administration
- Certificates for legal representatives of companies with legal personality, such as an SL or SA
- Company electronic seals (Sello Electrónico de Empresa), which let an organisation seal documents automatically without a person signing each one
- Public employee certificates and administrative body seals for the public sector
Certificates can be held in the browser or the cloud, or as a downloadable P12 file.
Qualified Services
Beyond certificates, Vintegris provides qualified remote electronic signing and qualified time stamps, giving signed documents legal standing and a trusted record of when they were signed.
